Right to Remain is a charity which works with organisations and community groups across the UK to provide resources, information, training and assistance to people who are trying to establish their right to remain in the UK.
They have an excellent 'Right to Remain Toolkit' which provides a wealth of information about the UK immigration and asylum system, enabling applicants to understand their rights and the processes involved in applying for the right to remain in the UK. Much of the information comes from people who have lived experience of the system, who can empathise with applicants whilst also guiding them through the process.
