Education Advocacy's website describes the service as: "A more affordable alternative to SEN solicitors. We are instructed by parents of children/young people with special educational needs to challenge local authority decisions and if necessary, prepare and serve appeals before SENDIST. We do all of the casework in-house and use our own staff to advocate before the Tribunal."
They are specialist SEN Advocates who deal with a wide range of educational issues including
- Admissions
- Bullying
- Disability Discrimination
- Children Out of Education
- Parents at Risk of Prosecution
- EHCP Plans
- Post 16 Provision
- School Transport
- Exclusions.
They are not solicitors, barristers or legal executives; they accept cases from across England and Wales.
