The Hub of Hope is national database of over 9,000 mental heath support organisations, created by the mental health charity Chasing the Stigma.

It is an excellent website and free app which signposts people who are struggling and need help to both local and national services. There is also has a link to get help immediately via Samaritans or the Shout! crisis text helpline.
